Private Car Insurance

Home / Motor Insurance / Car Insurance / Private Car Insurance

A private car insurance policy refers to an insurance policy that covers your private four-wheeler. The point to note here is that the vehicle should be for private usage, not commercial usage. Such usage entails utilising the car to commute to work, go on road trips, etc. The policy’s coverage depends upon the chosen cover.

The private car package policy by ACKO (Comprehensive Cover) offers a hassle-free insurance experience thanks to low-cost plans, cashless claims, instant claim settlement for minor damages, and other such features and services.

A Third-party Liability Policy is an insurance policy that covers you against third-party liabilities. It includes coverage for damages (caused by the insured car) to third-party vehicles or property and injuries (including death) to a third party. This policy is mandatory as per The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

2. Own Damage Car Insurance
