Steps:

1. Provide your child with four quick math equations that give him practice in basic operations. Your child must replace the asterisk (*) in each equation with the sign for a math operation (for example, + for addition, - for subtraction, x for multiplication, or / for division).

2. For example:

PROBLEMS

4 * 2 = 6

(4 * 5) * 3 = 6

(5 * 4) * (2 * 6) = 12

SOLUTIONS

4 + 2 = 6

(4 + 5) - 3 = 6

(5 x 4) - (2 + 6) = 12

3. Set the difficulty of the puzzle according to your child’s level to enhance his cognitive and arithmetic skills.

By solving these math problems, your child will think critically about math operations and will practice his math skills.
