Read to your prince the fable of 'The Thirsty Crow', a story about a thirsty crow who knew all about water displacement. The crow dropped stones into a pitcher half-full of water, to raise the level of the water high enough that he could reach to take a drink. Conduct the water displacement experiment with your lad using a few items that are at home. Your kiddo will learn a lot through this activity.
Requisites: A clear plastic container, pebbles, small stones, plastic bird toy, permanent marker, a glass of water
Steps:
1. Pour the water into the plastic container.
2. Mark the level of water in the container with a marker.
3. Encourage your lad to drop the stones one by one in the container.
4. The water level will gradually raise above the mark.
5. Appreciate him to drop the stones till the water level raises to the brim.
Your child will enjoy observing the water level rising. Help him place the plastic bird at the edge of the container and make him assume that the bird is having its drink. He will observe that when weight is added to the water in a container, its level increases. This is a wonderful learning activity!
Your child's all-round development combines formal education and creative activities. Mosaic art, for instance, develops hand-eye coordination and boosts confidence, which are the precursors to intellectual and emotional development.
Just as nurturing your child’s growth requires attention, securing the future involves proactive financial planning. Term insurance will provide your loved ones with financial protection for unforeseen emergencies. Considering the rising living costs, choosing a 1 crore term insurance plan will ensure sound protection.
When deciding on a life insurance plan, use a term insurance calculator to estimate the right coverage and premiums and always choose a plan that guarantees long-term financial security.
