Aloo chat is a popular North Indian snack. You can now prepare this delicious snack at home using this recipe. This home made aloo chat will be a lot more nutritional as it uses fresh potatoes, which are a rich source of potassium, Vitamin C, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium.

Ingredients: 2 medium potatoes, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp amchur powder, ½ tsp lemon juice, salt, water, coriander leaves, oil.
Steps:
1. Parboil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel and dice them on cooling.
2. Put them into a bowl and all the remaining ingredients, except oil.
3. Toss the potatoes well to ensure the ingredients have mixed well.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
