Besan is rich in protein and many vitamins and minerals as well. It can easily be used who cannot tolerate wheat. This healthy dessert is sure to keep everyone wanting more! Try this dish today!

Besan, jaggery, pistachio, almonds, cardamom powder, saffron
1. Dry roast the besan in a tawa till it changes slight color.
2. Melt jaggery in a pan.
3. Powder the dry fruits.
4. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
5. Grease a pan with oil and spread the sweet mixture on it. Allow it to sit for one hour.
Cut the barfi into small squares and store in an airtight box.
