Brown Bombs is a yummy chocolate dessert flavoured with cardamom powder, sugar, rose petal powder and pistachios. This dessert is rich in carbohydrates and has an amazing choco taste. This will surely be one of the favorite desserts.

¼ cup cocoa powder, ¼ cup milk solids(powder), ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tsp ghee, 2-4 dried rose petals, ¼ tsp cardamom powder, 2-3 pistachios
1. Grind pistachios and dried rose petals. Add the cardamom powder too and mix well. Keep aside in a bowl.
2. Take a mixing bowl and using a sieve, filter the cocoa powder, powdered sugar and milk powder together
3. In the same bowl, add ghee and mix well. Add water and stir to get a smooth batter like consistency.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
5. Take small cake moulds. Add little cocoa powder on the base of the mould and spread it.
6. Add the cocoa batter in each mould. Bake the brown bombs for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Once cool, invert the mould onto a plate and gently tap on top of the mould. Brown bomb would just come out of the mould.
Top it with sprinkle of powdered sugar and the delicious dessert is ready!
