Looking for a healthy energetic snack between meals? Energetic snacks keep you active throughout the day. This simple to make Cashew Ball is a delicious and healthy snack, which you would enjoy. Cashew nuts are rich in copper, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Cashews help in healthy development of muscles, nerves, and bones. They help prevent anaemia and boost immunity.

1 cup cashew, ½ cup sugar, 2 table spoons grated coconut, 2 table spoons maida, 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1. Grind cashews and grated coconut along with ½ cup sugar to a fine powder
2. In a pan, add a teaspoon of oil and fry the powder for 3 minutes. Switch off the flame.
3. When it is warm, make small balls with the help of maida.
Cashew Balls are ready and they are chewy in nature. Check for allergy to nuts in your little one by giving a small quantity first and wait for three days.
This healthy snack is ready to enjoy.
