Prepare these scrumptious gobi or Cauliflower Paratha and include immunity boosting vitamin C and K in the diet without compromising for taste.

1 cup grated cauliflower, 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, salt, coriander leaves, 1 tsp coriander powder, a pinch of hing
1. Knead a smooth dough using flour, salt and water. Cover and keep aside.
2. Prepare stuffing by adding salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds, coriander powder, hing, coriander leaves to grated cauliflower. Mix well.
3. Pinch medium sized ball from the dough and flatten it using rolling pin.
4. Place little stuffing in the cnetre of the rolled paratha.
5. Bring all the sides towards centre and seal properly. Roll the paratha again gently.
6. Heat the griddle. Grease with some oil and place rolled stuffed paratha on it.
7. Cook the paratha from both sides using ghee until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
Cauliflower Paratha is ready to serve. Serve with some butter and green chutney.
