This is simple dish, which can be made in a jiffy, when you have cooked basmati rice. Your child will lip-smack this chawal. Basmati rice has calories, carbs, fat, protein, and cholesterol.

Ingredients to make Chasni Chawal:
½ cup sugar, 2 cup cooked grained rice (basmati), 2 tbsp. ghee, 5-6 laung, 5 cardamoms
Steps to make Chasni Chawal:
1. Make syrup of one string consistency from the sugar and water and keep aside.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add the cloves and cardamom and sauté on a medium flame for few minutes.
3. Add the cooked rice, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly.
4. Add the sugar syrup and mix well and cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
Serve your child Chasni Chawal and enjoy the way she lip-smacks them.
