Sprouted Moong provides wholesome nutrients for your bodies' growth. They are super rich in manganese, magnesium, folate, copper, zinc, as well as a list of B vitamins. Here's a super amazing dish of sprouted moong that will surely benefit you and your little one.

Ingredients: Sprouted moong, 2 tomatoes,1 onion, 2 green chillies,chat masala,lemon juice, red chilli powder, 2 boiled potatoes, tamarind chutney, green chutney, coriander leaves, sev,papadi and salt to taste.
Steps:
1. Take the soaked moong, that is well sprouted.
2. In a tawa, add little oil and fry the chopped onions until it turns golden. Add to it tomatoes, green chilli, mashed potatoes and sprouted moong.
3. Now in a vessel put all the above and add tamarind chutney and green chutney for your taste.
4. Now in this mixture, add sev papdi,1tbsp lemon juice,chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix them well.
Your chat bhari moong bhel is ready to serve.
