Chire Doi Aam is a Bengali sweet delicacy made with flattened rice, curd and mango is perfect to satiate your sweet tooth. It is rich in iron, vitamin A, calcium, and fibre, which helps in keeping digestion on track.

1 cup poha, ½ cup yogurt, 1/4 cup mango pulp, ½ tsp cardamom powder, chopped almonds, cashews, pistachios, sugar to taste
1. Soak poha in water for about 5 minutes. Drain the excess water
2. Mix the soaked poha with yogurt, mango pulp, sugar, and cardamom powder.
3. Top it with chopped nuts.
Serve it immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
