Most kids loves sandwiches and potatoes too. This recipe is one of the most delicious and an easy one, which can be made without much effort. Potato is a very good source of vitamin B6 and potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fibre, and pantothenic acid. Coriander leaves are very rich in Vitamin K and a wonderful source of iron and magnesium.

4 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 tbsp butter,2 boiled potato, salt to taste, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, half lemon
1. Mash the boiled potatoes with a masher.
2. Add salt, coriander leaves and 3-4 drops of lemon juice into it.
3. Trim the edges of bread and apply butter on one side of the bread. Spread the mixture on the other side. Place another slice on the top.
4. Apply some butter on tawa or toaster.
5. Toast the bread on both sides till it turns golden.
Your classic sandwich is ready. Cut the sandwich into 2 pieces and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
