Biriyani is one of the most famous foods in India and when cooked in coconut milk and blended with the right spices, it becomes favourite of all. This one's full of healthy carbs.

2 cup grained rice(Basmati), 1 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp oil, 1 bay leaf, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 cardamoms, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2-3 chopped green chiles, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 onion sliced, salt to taste, water as required.
1. Heat oil in a pan; add onion and saute it for a minute.
2. Next add bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms, ginger, chiles, and little salt and fry for few seconds.
3. Add coconut milk. Now add washes and soaked rice in a pan; add salt and black pepper. Add water if required
4. Cover and cook in low flame till the biryani is cooked properly.
Serve hot with raita or any dip. Mix veggies to add more taste and nutrition.
