Dahi Chura is a yummy and quick breakfast recipe made using flattened rice, curd, and jaggery. Rice and jaggery are a good source of carbohydrates while curd helps in digestion.

Contents
1 cup flattened rice, 2 cups dahi, 1 tbsp milk, ½ cup jaggery
1. Wash the flattened rice.
2. Remove the water and add milk till it gets absorbed.
3. In a bowl, take the dahi and jaggery. Whisk well and add the poha.
Yummy Dahi Chura is ready to be relished. Devour and enjoy!
