Bread slices 6, chole 1/2 cup soaked & boiled, potato 1 boiled and mashed, green chutney 2 tbsp, sweet chutney 2 tbsp, butter for spreading, amchoor powder 1/4 tsp, chaat masala 1/4 tsp, grated cheese 1/4 cup, chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp, salt to taste
1. In a bowl, take the chole, potato, amchoor powder, coriander leaves, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
2. Spread butter on one side of a bread slice. Spread some chole aloo mixture on the bread and sprinkle with cheese.
3. On another slice of bread, spread a layer of the green chutney and the sweet chutney. Top the cheese and chole filling with this slice to make a sandwich. Repeat with all the bread slices
4. Butter the outsides of the sandwich lightly and toast on a hot tawa or a sandwich maker. Serve hot.
