You can prepare a delicious sweet dish using fig and cardamom. These two ingredients are the taste enhancers in this particular recipe. You would require low-fat milk, chopped china grass, dried fig, cardamom powder and sugar.

Steps:
1. You need to add the dried figs in ½ cup of water and let it soak for an hour.
2. Add the figs to a blender and make a smooth puree.
3. Take a pan and add china grass along with ¾ cup of water. Cook it for at least 3 minutes till the china grass melts.
4. Now you need to add milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Then add fig puree and cook the content on medium flame for 3 minutes.
5. Refrigerate the content for at least 3 hours and garnish it with saffron stands.
Kids would enjoy this yummy sweet dish as the presence of milk makes this food item rich in protein.
