This is pretty easy and quick to prepare. Since patties are easy to manage and chew, it is a friendly food. It is not only tastier but also more nutritious. It is another fantastic trick to sneak veggies into your diet. Fish is loaded with important nutrients like protein, vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acids.

1 cup Besan Flour, ½ cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup boneless fish, ½ cup cooked minced broccoli, ½ cup cooked and minced cauliflower, ½ cup boiled and mashed potato, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp. black pepper powder, oil for shallow fry, water as requiredand salt to taste,
1. Prepare a batter (to the consistency of pancake batter) from besan powder.
2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well.
3. In a frying pan, heat oil for shallow fry.
4. Make small flat balls from the mixture and dip it one by one in the batter and shallow fry in the frying pan.
5. When one side is cooked, turn the patty to another side and cook.
6. Cook until both sides are golden brown. The aroma of the fish will make you to just grab the plate.
