This is a quick, light and easy to make recipe. Gulgulas are like lightly sweeten mini donuts which is loved by all. Wheat flour is rich in dietary fibers and carbohydrates and considered as one of the best food for children and also adults would love it. Fresh cream is a good source of calcium and phosphorus.

Contents
400 gm wheat flour, 600 ml milk, 2 tbsp fresh cream, 200 gm sugar, 3 tsp aniseeds, 2 pieces big cardamom, a pinch of baking powder, salt as per taste, refined oil for deep frying
1. In a bowl add flour, sugar, aniseed, cardamom powder, baking powder and salt to taste and mix it well.
2. Add fresh cream and milk to the above prepared mixture and blend it gently to form a fluffy yet thick consistency batter.
3. Keep the batter aside for at least 1hour.
4. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and make medium size balls of the batter and fry until it turns crispy golden brown.
5. Drain the excess oil with the help of a tissue paper
Serve it hot.
