Why ham? Because it is the richest source of iron, protein and B vitamins, which is specifically good for your kid's blood, growth and repair of tissue and also helps keep the body's nerve and blood cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells.

4 slices of ham, 1 red onion, ½ potato, ½ cup maida, and ½ cup bread crumbs, 1 cup of cooking oil, 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of salt
1. Mince the ham slices, to this add mashed potato, chopped red onions, maida, 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp of salt and mix well with oil and little bit of water.
2. Make small balls and flatten them into a cutlet shape.
3. In a pan add cooking oil and heat it.
4. Dip the cutlets into bread crumbs, coat it completely and then deep fry it.
5. Make 3-4 small cutlets for one serving size. Serve with mint chutney or salsa sauce.
Yummy ham cutlets ready to be eaten by your little champs and princess. It can be made more interesting if made like a burger, with some mayo and cheese added.
