These muffins are less sweet but very healthy and finger licking to take care of your kid's tummy and their hunger. They are easy and fast to make and any jam can be added to make them more yummy.

3/4 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 cup white wheat flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 egg, 1/4 cup honey, ½ cup jam
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease 12 baking trays with paper liners to place the muffins.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and whisk them well.
3. Take another bowl and add milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, egg and honey. Whisk well to mix all the ingredients.
4. Now add this mixture to the dry mixture and whisk them well till the mixture becomes lumpy.
5. Add the jam to this mixture and fold it several times. Now put this mixture little by little into baking trays.
6. Bake this mixture in the oven for about 20 minutes.
7. To check, insert a toothpick into the center of the muffin, if it comes out clean, your muffins are ready.
8. Now remove the Jam Muffins from the tray and place them on a plate.
Let them cool down a bit and they are ready to eat.
