Prepare crunchy Koozh Vadam with rice flour and fried in oil. This is an all time favourite snack of many that can be saved for later use as well.

4 cups rice flour, 4-5 green chiles chopped, 2 tsp jeeragam, ½ tsp asafoetida powder, salt to taste, water as required
1. Prepare dosa batter with rice and keep it overnight for fermentation.
2. Grind green chiles and jeera to make a fine paste. Add it to rice batter. Add salt and hing as well
3. Heat 8 cups of water in a deep bottomed pan and add rice batter. Stir continuously and cook on low flame till it thickens.
4. Place a thick plastic sheet in sunlight and pour the rice vadam through murukku maker with one star hole press.
5. Let them dry in sunlight and store in airtight container.
Fry in oil before serving fresh.
