Are you looking for something fancy, a little different from your usual fish recipe. Try these tasty little tandoori fish bites. Fish is loaded with protein, lipids, vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids.

2 boneless white fish, 2 tbsp. besan flour, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. turmeric powder, ½ tsp. crushed carom seeds, 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp. butter, ¾ cup yogurt, 1 tsp. garam masala, salt to taste.
1. Make incisions on the fish and apply salt and lemon juice on the fish and keep it aside for twenty minutes.
2. Mix all the other ingredients except butter. Apply this marinade to the fish and refrigerate for an hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 180℃ and cook the fish for 9 to 10 minutes or until the fish is golden brown.
4. Coat the fish with butter and cook for another 3 minutes.
5. Cut them into small bites.
Prepare for today’s lunch and serve it to enjoy the tandoori taste.
