Malai Laddoo is a very yummy mouth-watering dish. It is rich in calcium, vitamin B and D. The calcium in this dish is helpful in maintaining strong teeth and bones. Due to its low lactose content, it protects teeth against harmful sugars. Vitamin D facilitates in preventing cavities and wearing down of the tooth enamel. Vitamin B is essential for the formation and strengthening of cartilage.

8 cups of milk, ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, nuts for garnishing
1. Boil milk until a layer of cream forms on top. Set aside 2 cups of milk aside with the cream.
2. Add lemon juice and curdle 6 cups of milk. Drain in a thin colander cloth.
3. Rinse under running water to remove the lemon smell. Drain off completely.
4. Condense the rest of the 2 cups of milk with sugar until it reduces to half.
5. Add the drained paneer and stir.
6. Cook until the mixture thickens. Mix and cool completely.
7. Grease and mould and fill the mixture inside. Stuff it well to prevent breaking.
8. The mixture can then be rolled into balls of Malai Laddoo.
