1 cup masala oats, ½ cup paneer, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, ½ cup sooji, 2-3 green chillies chopped, 1 tbsp chaat masala, 1 tsp garam masala, 6-7 mint leaves chopped, salt to taste, oil for shallow frying
1. Take a deep bowl and add oats, mashed paneer, sooji, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, mint leaves, salt. Mix well to make the mixture dough like consistency.
2. Take out small portions from the dough and using your palms, make small balls of the dough. When these balls are prepared, flatten them with your hands to form their shape like tikki.
3. Heat saucepan on medium flame and grease it well with refined oil. Shallow fry the tikkis from both sides.
Serve the tikkis with chutney.
