Paneer is a rich source of phosphorus, calcium, riboflavin, Vitamin D, selenium, potassium, Vitamin B12 and protein. Paneer bhurji is a recipe that is easy and quick to make. Here’s how you can make it at home.

Ingredients: 200 gms crumbled paneer, 1 onion finely chopped, 2 tomatoes chopped, 2 green chillis chopped, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala powder, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 ½ tbsp. oil, salt, few coriander leaves.
Steps:
1. Heat oil and fry the cumin seeds. Add the chopped onions and brown them.
2. Add the ginger –garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till they are pulpy.
3. Throw in the spice powders and stir. Put in the crumbled paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Cook this yummy dish today and serve with rotis or naan!
