A twist to semiya! A refreshing dessert for your family. Peanuts are rich in energy source, which contains fiber and protein. It is a good source of Vitamin E, which boosts antioxidants.

Peanuts-20gms, vermicelli -60gms, garlic -5gms, onions -25gms, carrots -50gms, oil-10ml
1. In a pan add oil sauté peanuts add onions, garlic and sauté it until transparent
2. Add vermicelli to the mixture and sauté it
3. Add salt to taste to the vermicelli.
4. Add water and cook until done.
Serve this yummy peanut semiya as an after-meal dessert!
