Your Child taste buds are developing rapidly. She will crave for chatpata dishes that tickle her palate. This Rajma Salad will satisfy her taste perfectly, while nourishing her with the goodness of protein from the rajma, with other essential vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients to make Rajma Salad:
2 cups soaked and boiled rajma, 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste
Steps to make Rajma Salad:
1. Combine the rajma, tomatoes, onions and coriander in a bowl, toss well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Just before serving, add the lemon juice, chaat masala and salt, and toss well. Serve immediately.
This Rajma Salad is the perfect snack for your kiddo on a hot summer’s day!
