Potatoes are favorite due to its smooth texture when cooked. You would be liking potatoes too! It contains energy, which provides calories that are needed for the day. It is a side dish.

Potatoes-100gms, tomatoes -50gms, cumin seeds-1tsp, coriander leaves10gms, ginger garlic paste 1tsp, salt to taste, chilli powder -1 tsp
1. Add oil in a pan add cumin seeds, add ginger garlic paste and then add potatoes stir fry it until soft.
2. Add tomatoes and cook it well.
3. Add salt and chili pepper and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with soft phulkas!
