Prepare these Reshmi Oats Balls as they are packed with protein and energy to get through the day.

Contents
1 cup oats powder, 1 cup sugar, 1/4th cup water, grounded peanuts, fresh cream
1. Heat a pan and add sugar and water. Stir and cook till the sugar melts off. Cook stirring constantly, till you see strings in the mixture.
2. Time to add the powdered oats. Stir well. Switch off the stove. Stir in the nuts.
3. Let the temperature come down, roll small portions to balls with greased palms.
4. Dip the rolled ball in fresh cream before serving.
This is perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
