There are vast benefits of sabudana. Sabudana is a source of protein, vitamin K, and metallic nutrients such as calcium and iron. It plays a vital role in the growth, nourishment and healing of muscles, whereas the rest are responsible for maintaining the bones' health and flexibility. It is easily digestable food that makes it perfect.

Sabudana-1 cup, peanuts-few, cashew- few, salt-to taste, oil-2 tsp and green chillies- 1-2 small
1. Lightly roast sago/sabudana in a non-stick pan on medium flame and make sure the colour of the sabudana does not change. Remove the sago and soak in a deep-bottomed pan for approximately 5 hours.
2. Grind the peanuts in a grinder. Chop the green chillies into small pieces.
3. Now, take a skillet and heat one tablespoon of oil in it. Add green chillies, salt, and sabudana to the skillet. Stir well and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Once done, sprinkle the ground peanuts and potatoes into the skillet.
Combine everything well. Serve hot.
