Cook Shell Pasta with Mushroom Sauce to bring together the creaminess of white sauce, the unique texture of mushrooms, the aromatic accents of basil and of course, the universal appeal of cheese. It is decked with vitamin D.

1 cup cooked shell pasta, 3/4 cup button mushroom, 1⁄2 red bell pepper sliced, 1 onion chopped, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp maida, 2 cup breastmilk or formula milk, 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese, salt, coriander leaves for garnishing, basil leaves.
1. Firstly, prepare the mushroom sauce, Heat oil in non-stick pan on low flame, sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Keep aside.
2. In the non-stick pan mix butter, maida, milk, sautéed mushrooms and heat. Add grated cheese, salt and stir well.
3. Keep aside the ready mushroom sauce.
4. In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tbsp butter, add sliced red bell peppers and saute them. Add cooked shell pasta, sprinkle some salt, black pepper and mix well.
5. Pour mushroom sauce in the pan and mix well.
Garnish it with basil leaves, coriander leaves and some grated cheese.
