Spinach Nugget Bites are rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fats, which are healthy for all of us. It is quite an apt snack that will help you overcome your junk cravings.

½ cup butter, ½ cup flour, ½ cup milk, ½ cup water, ½ cup sweet corn, 100gm spinach, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 or 3 green chillies chopped, 1/4 cup melted cheese
1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pepper and salt to taste.
2. Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves, sweet corn, and green chillies. Mix well to form a paste.
3. Mix the prepared paste to the spinach. Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile prepare maida batter by mixing, flour, milk, butter, water, pepper and salt to taste.
5. Dip the marinated spinach into maida paste and coat well.
6. Deep fry the nuggets in hot oil. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 180-degree Celsius for 12 minutes.
Fry on medium flame, stirring occasionally till it turns golden brown and serve hot.
