Serve a platter, full of nutrition and taste. Eggs are rich in proteins, carbohydrates, and are natural sources of Vitamin D which helps in absorbing calcium in your body. Make them tastier with wonderful cheese and paneer, which add to your dairy intake, providing a good amount of calcium, too.
2 Eggs, half a cup grated mozzarella cheese,3 tbsp grated cottage cheese,1 tomato, salt, black pepper powder
1. Boil the eggs in a pan and peel them carefully.
2. Now, carefully slice the eggs in half and remove the egg yolks.
3. Put the egg yolks in a bowl.
4. Mash the egg yolks with a spoon. Add some grated mozzarella cheese and mashed cottage cheese into the bowl.
5. Add salt and pepper according to taste and mix everything together.
6. Fill the empty egg whites with the wonderful mixture prepared. Spread more cheese on top of
eggs.
7. Do it carefully so that the egg white doesn’t break.
8. Now, reheat the eggs in the microwave or a covered saucepan to melt the cheese.
9. Decorate the eggs with some tomatoes slices.
The wonderful and healthy stuffed eggs are ready to serve. The best thing about making stuffed eggs is that you can put almost anything you want, inside the eggs!
