This tropical fruit milk or tropical smoothie is a blend of tropical fruits and coconut milk. It is cool, refreshing and is packed with flavour and nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins and sodium. Carbohydrates provide the energy that fuels your metabolism, supports growth, keeps their brain and nervous system working and maintains their overall health. Protein is needed for growth and proper health. Sodium is needed for blood regulation.

3/4 cup of papaya juice, ½ cup of canned coconut milk, 1 large banana fresh or frozen and sliced, 1 cup of frozen mango, 1 cup of frozen papaya
1. Place the papaya juice, coconut milk, banana, mango and papaya in a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and add optional garnishes if desired. It takes atmost 5 minutes to prep this tropical smoothie. This serves 2 people.
