Ukadem Xitt is Goan unpolished rice with has reddish brown colour. This rice conserves more of the nutrients especially Thiamine. Prepare this rice to boost energy level.

3 cups Goan red rice/ukadem tul/Goan par boiled rice, 2 tsp. salt
1. Boil 3 litres of water.
2. Add rice and salt and cook till the rice is cooked well.
Drain and serve hot boiled Ukadem Xitt to be enjoyed with fish or prawn curry.
