Masoor dal is rich in potassium and has good amount of protein and carbohydrates. Channa dal is also a good source of protein. Along with rice and these dals, you can prepare tasty protein dosa. Flavouring with vegetables like carrot which has vitamin A, this dosa is perfect for your breakfast.

Contents
½ cup rice, ¼ cup masoor dal, ¼ cup channa dal, ¼ cup carrot, 2 tsp oil, salt
1. Soak rice, masoor dal and channa dal for 2 hours.
2. Grind to a smooth batter of right consistency, not too thin nor too thick batter.
3. Add grated carrot and salt as required. Give a good mix.
4. On a hot tawa, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly. Put 1 tsp of oil over the dosa. Flip on the other side, when one side turns crisp and light brown.
Tasty and nutritious protein dosa is ready to relish and grow healthy. Enjoy!
