Rava Ragi Payasam is made with semolina, jaggery and soymilk – just few simple ingredients and an easy process, and a yummy dessert is ready! Ragi and rava are both rich in protein and calcium and the addition of soymilk is best for vegan preference who cannot digest normal milk! Try today!

Ragi, rava, water, jaggery, soymilk, chopped almonds and cashews
1. Take ragi and rava in a pot. Add water and cook until ragi and rava are soft. Put aside.
2. Melt jaggery in a sauce pan and keep aside.
3. Heat soymilk in a pan, slowly mix the ragi-rava paste in it with constant stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on ow flame till it boils.
4. Cool the above mixture and then add jaggery syrup.
Add chopped almonds and cashews and serve!
