Buying a Third-party Insurance is mandatory as per The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. It covers only the damages caused to the third-party involved in an accident with your insured TVS XL.
A Comprehensive Insurance Policy will cover you against damages caused to your TVS XL along with the benefits of a Third-party Insurance Policy.
My TVS XL insurance policy has expired a few months back, is an inspection necessary for the new policy?
Yes, if there is a time gap between the expiry and the renewal of two-wheeler insurance policy, your TVS XL may require another round of inspection.
