What is plan activation?

Plan activation means that the plan needs to be activated to avail the services offered by ACKO as part of your plan. The plan gets automatically activated if the plan and the device are bought in the same order. If not, the plan has to be manually activated.

The plan is usually activated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

How do I update information for a plan?

Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.

Select the plan for which you want to edit the details.

Click on the Edit Policy button on the plan details screen and update the necessary details

Click on the Policy Document button on the plan details screen and download the document
