What is Inspect and Pay mode of Appliance repair and how does it work?

As part of our repair request settlement process, we offer you upfront payment for your device repair request for appliance protection plans post inspection, providing much more flexibility in terms of repair.

This is how it works -

Go to My Policies, select the appliance plan & raise a repair request.

Select the policy for which you want to raise a repair request.

Enter details of the damage and schedule a visit for the technician for inspection at your convenience.

Technician will visit and create an estimate of the repair.

Post estimate approval, our team will call you to guide you through the next steps for making a payment.

Will the repair of the Appliance happen when I schedule for inspection?

No. The repair will not happen at the time of inspection. As part of our first steps, we will send a technician to visit your home to assess the damages to the device. The technician will raise an estimate for us which after review, will be paid out to you.

Do I have to pay any amount for Inspection of the Appliance damage before repair?

No. The inspection is free of cost.

The inspection is complete for my Appliance. What are the next steps?

As part of the next steps, we will review the estimation submitted by the technician and you will get be contacted by our team in 24-48 hrs for getting the required details for payment.

How long does the Inspect and Pay process of Appliance repair take?

To ensure a smooth customer experience, we try to complete the process as soon as possible. Generally, the inspection is complete within 5 days and based on the inspection, post the inspection is completed you will receive a call from our claims team within 24-48hrs for the next steps. Once we get a confirmation from you, we complete the payment in 2-3 working days directly into the bank/payment details provided by you.

How do I track the progress of the inspect and pay mode of Appliance repair ?

Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.

Select the appliance plan for which the repair request is active

A tracker will be displayed on your screen to show the current status of the repair request.

You will be notified about the status updates for the repair via SMS and Email
