You can opt for the reimbursement for the repair charges to be incurred by you at a brand authorised service centre. Currently, reimbursement settlement is only offered if other settlement modes are not available for you.

This is how it works -

Go to My Policies. Please login with your registered mobile number, if you are not logged-in.

Select Reimbursement as the settlement mode from the available options

Provide damaged device images as per the instructions

Provide bank account details to receive the reimbursement amount for the mobile repair

Take the mobile for repair to a nearby brand authorized service centre once your request has been approved by ACKO.

Provide the repaired device images and repair invoice received from the service centre after the mobile has been repaired

Receive the amount in your bank account, once your request has been approved by ACKO

Ideally, we recommend that you get the device repaired as soon as the request is confirmed by ACKO. We will send timely reminders via SMS and email for you to upload the repair invoice and other documents. If the documents aren't submitted within 21 days, the request will be closed. You can raise another request later.

If the approved amount is lesser than the repair cost, please share the estimation copy with us and we will check and provide you the updated approved amount if applicable as per the terms.
