Varun Dua is the founder of ACKO General Insurance.

Before launching ACKO, Varun co-founded insurance broking firm Coverfox, and worked in the finance industry for over a decade. He has been instrumental in introducing innovative technology practices to the insurance industry, and has assisted the giants of the Insurance and Financial world in understanding online products and adopting smarter technology.

The first five years of his career were spent working in the financial services—ROI-driven marketing and next five years were invested in creating businesses that deployed technology in insurance operations.

Varun is passionate about online product management, start-ups, financial services, insurance, technology, consumer internet, financial services, and believes that India is yet to see a great digital financial services brand.
