Step 1: Visit the IIB’s official website.
Step 2: Under the “Quick Links” section of the home page, select “V-Seva”, and you will be directed to the Accident Vehicle Information Retrieval System page.
Step 3: Enter all the mandatory fields with relevant information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, address, bike registration number, and accident details (if the bike was involved in an accident).
Step 4: Enter the text from the image and click on “Submit” to view the expiry date of your bike insurance policy.

The bike registration number is mandatory and must be entered without special characters (Example: KA01JG1234).
There is a delay of two months in the submission of policy data by the insurance companies to the Data Repository. Hence, there may be instances of the insured bike not appearing on the IIB’s database.
