  • Visit the official IIB website from your browser

  • Click on V-Seva under the Quick Links section

  • You’ll be redirected to the Accident Vehicle Information Retrieval System

  • Enter the vehicle owner’s name and address

  • Provide the vehicle registration number

  • Enter the owner’s email ID and mobile numberCheck Vehicle Owner Details by Number Plate

  • Click Submit

The next page will display the vehicle owner details along with insurance information.

  • Enter the OTP to proceed
