Here are 4 things you need to know when it comes to filing a motor insurance claim with ACKO:

1 - Register your claim on the app. Just open your app, select the vehicle you want to claim for and make sure you enter all the details asked.

Incorrect information is one of the most common reasons for your claim getting rejected!

2 - In case you need assistance in registering the claims you can call us on our toll free number - 1800 266 2256, or email us at [email protected]. Once you’ve registered your claim, intimate us about the event or accident at the earliest.

3 - Keep your basic documentation ready.
