Checking your traffic challan through ACKO is quick and completely free. The easiest way to do this is by using the official mobile application.
Step 1: Install the ACKO app on your smartphone and log in using your registered mobile number.
Step 2: On the app home screen, locate the “Check traffic challans” section and enter your vehicle registration number.
Step 3: The app will fetch all paid and pending challans, including violation details, date, and reasons.
You can quickly check your traffic challan status online via the Parivahan portal using either your vehicle number, driving license, or challan number.
Follow these steps to check and view your challan:
View Status: All pending or cleared challans, including fine amounts and offense details, will appear on your screen.

You can pay your traffic e-challan online via the government's Parivahan Portal or the ACKO mobile app, or offline at a local traffic police station or your nearest RTO.
Access the Portal: Go to the official Parivahan e-Challan website.
Enter Details: Enter your Challan Number, Vehicle Number, or Driving License (DL) Number.
Verify via OTP: Enter the captcha code, click "Get Details," and verify your mobile number with the OTP sent.
Make Payment: Review the pending violations, click "Pay Now," and select your preferred payment method (Net Banking, UPI, Credit/Debit Card).
Save Receipt: Complete the transaction and download the digital receipt for future reference.
