How does the ACKO AirPass Work?

Imagine you're ready to board your flight to Delhi. You have reached the airport on time and completed all the formalities, and. you’re eagerly waiting to board your flight. However, due to some technical difficulties, your flight is delayed by 2 hours. Under normal circumstances, you would wait uncomfortably in the sitting area near your boarding gate or spend a lot of money at any of the food joints there. But with AirPass, you get ₹1500 cashback in your bank account and get compensated for the delay..

Similarly, if the airline cancels your flight at the last minute, we will help you book a new ticket on our platform (with a flat ₹3,000 discount pre-applied). What is not included in ACKO’s AirPass?

The following are the exclusions of the ACKO Domestic Travel Pass:

As it is not a domestic travel insurance policy, personal accident cover is not included.
The pass doesn’t include trip interruptions due to hospitalisation or political unrest benefit.
Flight diversions or missed connections are also not included.
All baggage-related benefits, such as lost or delayed baggage, are not currently included.
At present, the domestic pass is limited to domestic flights and doesn’t include international flights under its scope.
