Himachal Pradesh possesses one of the most bountiful reservoirs of biodiversity in the world and is home to many rare plants and birds. The main occupation in this state is agriculture, and a wide variety of crops like barley, maize, wheat, pulses, vegetables, fruits, and oilseeds grow there.
