If you've received a message saying, "Recharge your FASTag with ₹3,000 to avoid toll payment failure," you might be confused. Don't worry, it is not a fine for you to pay. Let us break it down clearly so you know what the FASTag ₹3,000 recharge prompt is and whether it applies to you.
If you regularly use FASTag for highway travel, especially for long-distance or daily commutes, your provider may prompt you to recharge with ₹3,000.
