Chatpata Pakora is a healthy snack with a mix of healthy vegetables including spinach and radish. You can also include other healthy vegetables of your choice Spinach is a good source of vitamin A and K and provides vitamin C, folate, fiber and magnesium.Radish is also rich in vitamins A and C and loads of other vitamins and minerals, and is easily digestible.

1 pack of spinach cleaned completely, 1 radish peeled, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 teaspoon butter, salt to taste, ½ cup maize flour
1. Finely chop all the vegetables and mix them in maize flour. Add a table spoon of butter . Add salt.
2. Add water and make it little thin but not too watery.
3. With a ladle, take a small portion of the flour and fry in oil or ghee.
Pakoras are ready. You can serve it along with sauce or pakora alone is tasty enough.
